Excavator.
We can do most types of clean up, solve drainage issues, move dirt, level and grade, and trench for plumbing, electrical, or dig a pond.
Ponds are something we love to do and design with the homeowners.
We have a small loader/backhoe just to get into small places, or to use in your yard without tearing up the grass. With the soil as hard as it is in our area, sometimes planting a tree can be an all day task to dig one hole. We can solvethat in a matter of minutes for a small minimum charge.
Replacement windows.
We have installed over 20,000 windows. We specalize in replacement vinyl windows to give your home a more modern comfortable environment.
Reduced utility bills often more than offset the cost of the windows themselves. We use produts with lifetime glass breakage warranties, that meet or exceed all energy requirements for any and all tax credits our utility comapnies offer.
We also do not tell you that if you buy one wondow you get one free, or use other gimmicks to entice you to use our company. We give you a fair price, and an excellent product and installation for usually $500 to $700 per window, completely installed and wrapped with pvc coil stock for no more painting.

Blueprints.
We work with home owners on additions to meet the growing needs of a family, mother-in-law additions or just a modernization of your home. We currently are not doing ground-up builds due to the limitations of security. We offer reliable, professional workers, and we do not sub-out our work. We are a hands on company that takes a great deal of pride in our work.
